After Sales Services

After a sale transaction is completed and under the desire of a continuous relationship with the customer, after sales department deals with deliver, installment, operator training, troubleshooting and reporting information from the field to a relevant department.

The department also provides the necessary product protections, periodic maintenance and calibrations according to specified procedures.

Paid operations such as maintenance, relocation or repairs, are all provided after the approval of the customer ensuring that the correct prices are implemented.

By using BIM Objects, it would be easier to estimate quantities, assign costs and a timeline for the entire project.

Functional Lifting Equipment

• A special designed equipment that enables lifting of railway vehicles that have different bogie axis not only from chassis but also from the wheels.
• In turn, it provides the bogie disassembly and lowering process without the necessity of using any jack stands.
• The 5 different movement functions of each lifting post that gives the lift its unique name comes from the forward-backward movements of all the arms, the bogie lifting movement and the wheels locking movement.

Mobile Column Lift
 

A lifting Equipment that allows lifting the train either from the wheel sets, from the wagon’s lifting points or from the bogie itself. The mobile column lifts can be used in different sets of 4,6,8,12 or 16, in accordance with the railway vehicles’ wagon set.

• Instant monitoring of the height of each column via the main control panel.
• Electronic synchronization between columns via PLC control system.
• Emergency stop button in each column.
• Safety system with autoblocking (trapezoidal screw). (For Mechanical Lifts)
• High safety with safety nut in case of main nut wear. (For Mechanical Lifts)
• More load lifting with lower motor power. (For Hydraulic Lifts)
• Quieter operation (for Hydraulic Lifts)
• Detecting any errors on LCD screen via switches and sensors impedded on the column
• Adjustable forks for different tire diameters. (Optional)
• Thanks to the Transpalet switch, the column can not be used while loaded on the pallet truck.
• Part recognition switch under carrier.
• Load take-up switch located on carrier noses. (Optionel)

Fixed Underground Wagon / Train Lifting Equipment

• Underfloor lifting systems can be lifted to a certain level and the necessary maintenance of the vehicles is made easily.
• Thanks to its strong structure and high level control system, it helps the maintenance team to make all kinds of railway vehicles (metro, tram, high-speed train, locomotive, wagon etc.) maintenance fast and easy.
• Under the underfloor lifting system, it is possible to lift as many wagons as desired.

Bogie Turntable

• After the bogies are removed from the wagon, the bogie swivel tables provide ease of use to guide maintenance between the working line and the service lines.

The bogie rotary table can be controlled manually or manually on the request of the customers.

Bogie Manipulator

It is designed for lifting of the product easily and safely in applications such as production, maintenance and repair of wagon bogies.

Bogie / Wagon Lifting And Turning Equipment

Bogie Drop Table

A device that provides the ability to transport the bogie/wheel set of Railway vehicles (Metro, Tramway, Train.. etc.) to a different ¬oor where it will undergo the required maintenance and be lifted back to its place by the same mechanism.

Dummy Bogie

Dummy bogies support a vehicle at a suitable height for maintenance to take place underneath when the working bogie under the vehicle has been removed. They are ideal for use in the production of new vehicles or in depots where the base of existing stock requires attention. Dummy bogies can be tailored to the needs of your facility and are suitable for internal or external use and storage. They can be adapted to run on straight or curved track profiles and they will adjust to angular misalignment between the bogie and the underside of the vehicle, so the carriage can travel up and down traverser ramps.
